Upcoming Events
Do you ever have moments where, despite your training, it’s hard to access EFT in the way you’d like in session?
Many therapists find that while they understand EFT, accessing the right intervention in the moment can feel challenging — especially when sessions become emotionally intense.
This 5-week, practice-focused training centres on Skills 1-6 EFT interventions, helping you move from knowing EFT to using it with confidence and precision in real time.
Strengthen clinical precision and timing
Build skill fluency under pressure
Deepen moment-to-moment attunement
Develop confidence in when and how to apply each EFT intervention
Rather than learning more theory, this is an opportunity to gently and intentionally embed the skills — so they’re there when you need them most.

Not sure what Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is and whether it’s the right fit for your clinical work?
This Fundamentals of EFT training offers an accessible introduction to this attachment-based model, used in work with individuals (EFIT), couples (EFCT), and families (EFFT).

You’ll learn to understand client difficulties through an attachment lens and explore ways of responding that support corrective emotional experiences and deeper change.

This 24 hr training is the first step in the certification pathway toward becoming an Emotionally Focused Family Therapist, providing a strong foundation for further advanced training and supervision. What is EFT
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an attachment-based approach that highlights the role of emotions in creating strong, meaningful bonds. It supports well-being by fostering secure, connected relationships.
EFT is used with individuals, couples, and families to explore and understand emotional responses, behaviours, and thoughts. This process helps people connect with their core needs and those who matter most, leading to a more fulfilling and connected life.
